Philadelphia Water Damage Help is operated by Andrew Zelenchuk, independent lead-generation operator. It is a referral service only. We are not a contractor and do not perform restoration, inspection, mold remediation, plumbing or repair work.

Independent contractors
Companies we may refer you to are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. You are responsible for checking their licensing, insurance and references. Any agreement, price, warranty or dispute is between you and that company. We may receive a referral fee from them.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any work, damage, loss or delay caused by any company you contact or hire.
Calls and consent
After launch, calls may be recorded only with notice at the start of the call, consistent with Pennsylvania's all-party consent law (18 Pa.C.S. §5703–5704). By calling you agree to be connected to one independent company that may call or text you back about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you may opt out at any time.
